Unbelievable terrible service. No complaint department!
I’ve just about had it. I’ve had more trouble with this company than I’ve had combined the others. I’m told by the person at call center there is no complaint number to call!! Great way to keep from getting any complaints. I’ve never heard of any business not have a department that handles complaints. Thinking that the solution is corrected by complaining in a forum is preposterous. What good does it do if there is no complaint department. I don’t want to just vent, I want it corrected. We have been with Att for our phones for so many years I don’t even remember. Signed up for U-verse a little less than a year. That was the biggest mistake I’ve made in reference to choosing a tv provider. The gentleman I was just on the phone with was very understanding and polite. It is no way the call center is responsible for the problems but unfortunately are the ones who take the brunt of everyone’s anger. Not that the company cares but I’ll be taking my business away as soon as I can research others and make the best choice. It sure as heck isn’t att!!! What incompetence for a large conglomerate. I’ll make sure to advise everyone I know, never to go with them and/or if they do have problems then get the heck out.
Att is not a BBB member. I attempted to attach a photo, several ways, to show their BBB info ratings. Of course it wouldn’t load no matter how I tried. Customer rating of 1 star. Shows there have been over 22,000 complaints over the last 3 years answered. Go to see what answered mean on the BBB site means. All but one I bothered to look through showed answered. When you look at what that means it’s mostly that who ever complained didn’t go back and respond. I’d think it would be useless to anyway. Adios, Bon Voyage, Aloha, Chow, Auf Wiedersehan, Sayonara ATT

There's no "complaint department" because complaints are handled by the reps, like the reps you were talking with. If you want to speak with someone else, you should ask for a supervisor. If the supervisor couldn't help, you're probably out of luck.
Not being a BBB member just means AT&T didn't give the BBB money. Just on the forums, we've heard numerous people report getting a favorable outcome through the contact made through a BBB complaint.
Unfortunately, since you didn't provide details, there's not much help we can give you.

Posting the BBB rating is silly. People don’t typically go to the BBB or this forum because everything worked out all hunky-dory....
