Underground utility tunnel explosions on TODAY SHOW

See exploding underground utility tunnels reports on the TODAY show. How secure and how safe are these tunnels? Do technicians give access to property managers? PROPERTY MANAGER AT MY CONDO HAS ACCESS TO A TUNNEL. Did an ATT technician give them access?

Do the tunnels belong to ATT,DTE or Consumers Energy?  When I had Uverse installed, the technician mentioned that he had to go outside to the underground tunnel to connect my service,

The condo property manager let maintenance have access to the tunnel to light rodent bombs (yep, the fire Dept. Came out and smelled the smoke bombs) and they have also applied pesticides and chemicals in the tunnel and in my attic.  This is a serious accident or explosion waiting to happen as well as my personal safety and health. Note: there are 8/9 condo units attached.

I have seen a suspicious ATT truck at my condo area on several occasions.  He backs into the parking space to hide the license plate.  Saturday, 9/19/15, around 5:30 pm I came to my door to look out and get the license number and the technician sped off.  Very suspicious.

I have worked at a condo complex in Detroit and discovered that a tech gave a special phone and access to the phone box to the property manager to listen in on occupants land lines.

Aren't the utility tunnels suppose to be secure?  Or, do condos have their own tunnels to access heating and cooling ducts?   Will someone contact me thru this forum?

Most of those utility tunnels are actually parking garages and homes to extrterrestrial vehicles and beings. I would definitely stay out of the tunnels unless you want to be immediately vaporized.

Those trucks that you saw were not AT&T trucks. They were top secret government trucks designed as AT&T trucks owned by a top secret government agency whose job is to communicate with the extrateresstrial beings.

Please be careful what you say on your land line. Everything is being recorded, and can be used against you in a court of law. The extraterrestrial beings use the recordings to learn about our lifestyle so that they can integrate themselves into our society much easier before they take over.

While I LOVE a good conspiracy theory, the story on The Today Show was about exploding manhole covers...not tunnel explosions.

If you actually watch the  story hereit is way less ominous than the OP would have us believe.  It has something to do with water, road salt and an accidental spark.

I got no tunnels around here so I'm not too concerned.  *shrugs*  But thanks for the laugh...

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

and the manholes that explode have high voltage transformers and electrical lines in them. Never heard of a telecom man hole exploding as there is nothing that would cause an explosion.....been working in the telecom field for quite some time.....sorry to burst your bubble
