Uverse Rising Costs

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with the rising costs of ATT Uverse? We are considering cutting cable all together due to our bill going up over $50 a month - talking to Customer Loyalty, their only answers were for us to get fiber (which we cannot - we have checked many many times) or switch to Streaming - which we looked into, but they told us we could only get the Streaming deal but agreeing to the direct automatic monthly payment of over $100+ for the service each month which we've never had to do and seemed odd to us - we aren't forced into auto payments by any other utility. Not only that -  we've talked to at least 6 different people and seem to get different answer each time when trying to find a good solution for us. The last Customer Loyalty person didn't really seem like they wanted to help and didn't talk about any other possibilities though they did tell us where we could turn in our cable boxes if we wanted to cancel. Has anyone found any solutions?

If you're looking to see what services we're able to offer you, a good way to see that would be to check our availability page. From there, you'll be able to see what different video services we can provide and what offers are available to you. You'll also be able to see what internet plans your address is eligible for if you're interested.

 

As for your request to get fiber service, you can always check in to see when better speeds will be made available to you.
