Where is NBA League Pass?

Less than 2 weeks away from the NBA season and LP is still not available to be purchased? You know the preseason airs on it right?

This is scaring me. I am afraid Uverse removed it and will not offer it when they have had for years. It's still an option and advertised on the official site. Where is it?

Hi,

We apologize about that. I did some more research, and we are working to add this programming for the 2016-2017 season, please check back again soon. We unfortunately do not have the specific time it will become available to order.

I, too, am concerned.  The sales rep told me that there is a $10/month charge just to access those channels.  Then you also have to pay the $199 to nba.com to be able to have them show up on those channels.  I just switched from Comcast, which was a breeze getting access.  I was told yesterday to "call back in a week or so" to find out the process for accessing the games.  It appears that ONLY DirectTV had access before....duh!

rep was mistaken, there is no $10 charge unless u don't already pay for HD, its just the $199. What sucks is Uverse has had it a few yrs and usually offers it within days of the preseason starting so this waiting game is new, but apparently its not available on directv just yet either.

I am just about ready to cancel my ONE week old AT&T U-verse contract and move back to Comcast.  I cannot find ANYONE in AT&T that:

1. Knows what NBA League Pass is

2. Knows how to add the channels to my Guide (although the web site CLEARLY states that channels 2105-2114 will show the NBA League Pass games)

3. Has any clue as how NBA League Pass (via nba.com) links over to a cable provider.

I have spent several hours on the phone to no avail.  Has anyone else figured out how to get this to work?  In the meantime, I signed up for NBA League Pass directly through their site, so at least I can watch the games on the Internet.  But the main purpose of all of this was to be able to watch the games on a BIG SCREEN, which I was able to do with Comcast.

I now fear that since my email address for all intents and purposes has NOT changed from the Comcast one (for bill paying, personal mail, "classified" document...oop!  Hah) so I will NOW probably be billed TWICE, since the Comcast geniuses AUTOMATICALLY renewed my League Pass connection AFTER I cancelled the service.

So much for technology....

If you want it on the tv you are going to have to double-dip now that you bought the online version. Rule of them, CS knows nothing. NOTHING. ATT (Directv/Uverse) did not get LP for the preseason, it will be available to purchase right before the regular season (upcoming Tuesday). You can go to channel 9910 and add it when its available. You will not get a refund for broadband and unless you connect your computer to your tv, you aren't watching games on tv through LP unless you actually spend another $200 for it.

ATT owns both Directv and Uverse, they both no little but Directv assures me Oct 24th it will be available to buy. I have Uverse, since they are both ATT when Directv has it available so will Uverse, so right now Oct 24th, I just need it by Oct 29th as the Cavs first 2 games are on TNT and ESPN so LP isn't needed

This is stupid.  I am going to ask LP for a refund, if I have to buy it through AT&T.  This is totally unacceptable.  I am seriously considering going back to Comcast.  I have lost several functions already that I had, and was assured that I would not lose anything.

You got me thinking here! TNT has Spurs VS. Golden State next Tuesday. Finally I can see my Spurs in action 🙂 I will try signing up next Monday, but just in case....TNT to the rescue. Thanks!

I did some research, and could not determine one way or the other if U-verse was going to carry NBA League Pass for the upcoming season.

The regular season starts on Tuesday, October 25. Perhaps that is when NBA League Pass will be available.

It's always been available a few weeks before preseason. I called in with concern and they said they are in contract debate. I will switch service it is not available before Tuesday.

Where's the site administrator?  Where's the answer to when we can buy LP?

The season starts in DAYS.
