Where to file complaints and grievances-Uverse
Since I can't get any feedback, assistance, or help through any other source at AT&T; I'm hoping I can get direction here. I have filled a claim through BBB and plan to FCC. However, I would still like to file a formal complaint through AT&T. Is there a link? A site? Is it done through the mailing system? Account # **** After this is resolved I'm pretty sure I will need post traumatic counseling!

Same here. I think at&t is hiring people off the street. They've been stealing from me since 2015 and when I called & finally got someone they fixed for it 2 months. I don't even have a home phone!! They're still charging me long distance. All I use them for is DSL. NO HOME PHONE PERIOD! But they won't fix it because they're thieves. I've heard they are talking advantage of the elderly big time.

& don't set up auto pay. That's how I got screwed. Even after taking auto pay off I still couldn't get ahold of anyone to help me. I'm reporting them to the BBB too. From Texas.

bills.The last one they send it to a collection agency.I paid it and ATT
would not even take it off of my credit report. It is robbery the way ATT
treats their elderly customers.

Hi There,
I want to file a complaint against AT & T. They have unethical billing practice. They charge on behalf of Asurion insurance company. However, they refused to call Assurion to find out the true information. Same way Assurion refuse to call At & T. Story is I filed a claim with Asurion, so charged $112 std deducible. The replacement phone they send me was in bad condition used one. So, I returned it. Asurion agreed with it said they will not charge std deduction. However, At & T conveniently keep charging my account. I put that amount in dispute. but they removed the dispute without informing me the customer. And then charged me late fee on it. Even though I always paying my bill on time. they want me to pay $112 for std deduction which I don't Owe + Late fee. When I call Asurion, they agreed that I should not be charged. However, they refused to call AT & T and ask me that AT & T should call them. At & T want Asurion to call them. Nobody wants to talk to each other. However, At & T is ok on charging on behalf of Asurion. It’s a BIG Fraud. Insurance company should charge separately. AT & T and insurance has some big scam. Because customer trust AT & T. So, they misuse that trust and charge on behalf of other company to sell their services.
I hope I can file a complaint in consumer court. There should be a law of not allowing wireless company to charge on behalf of other companies and then on top of not being accountable for that charges. Customer is at big disadvantage and threatened to pay amount they don't owe because these two companies don't communicate. Either they should talk to each other in case of dispute. Costumer should not be responsible for their miscommunication. I wasted almost 6-8 hrs talked to At & T and Asurion.
Asurion customer told me that they can only verbally confirm that I don't owe std deduction. They can't send me an email or letter.

I agree. bad deal. My bill goes up every month by almost a dollar and they keep telling me it is tax and they cannot do anything about it. Bull. the tax was only about 3 cents higher but my bill was almost one dollar higher. it is all surcharges that they charge and call it taxes. the foreigner that I tried to talk to kept telling me to call the Better Business Bureau. that is useless. so far I have filed complaints with the FCC and the FTC. They will not even be truthful with me about the charges. these are charges that the bill says right on there that they are not mandated by the government to charge but they do and then have the nerve to tell you they are mandated. Liars. And the picture quality on my TV is not even standard. Something else they aren't doing anything about. I will go as high as I can to get some legislation that will give the consumers some rights in these matters

I have been off of work for THREE DAYS, waiting for "confirmed" service appointments that have not been kept. I have called and chatted and been assured that I should not worry because someone is coming "today" and will call me. Blah blah blah...it's clearly scripted, because I have contacted them about a dozen times in the past three days and they all use the same text.
No installer.
No calls.
Nothing at all, except my frustration and loss of wages.
Comcast is no better.
We need alternatives.
And BTW, WHO DO WE CONTACT???? No one seems to be answering this question.

I am a 28 year old homeowner, college grad, and disabled U.S Army veteran that had the unfortunate experience of signing up with AT&T U-verse and Wi-fi after my family had been customers for 20 years. They have since lost ALL of our business. Why? Because at day 1 of our contract thru the entire first month our service did not work. After 4.. FOUR boxes it finally worked. We were patient. THEN, a bill for an un-returned box appeared for $168. This is when things really snowballed.. This bill suddenly turned into $381... we called relentlessly to remedy this. One day, an agent by the name of Christian agreed to CREDIT (not reverse payment) our bill for the $381 for our CONSTANT troubles. I asked if this would EVER come back, and he assured us it would not. Well, this bill re-appeared for another month or so until we got sick of it and cancelled. NO ONE would help. During which we were assured we would not incur an early termination fee. Since then our bill has risen to over $700, to include the missing box their technician 'lost" and a termination fee.. Unbelievable, right? I have PERFECT credit and now I'm being harassed by collections. I reached out to the BBB and a man by the name of Timothy Amey from the Office of the President at At&T called me to discuss this matter. Not only did he refuse to fix the matter but he - like every other employee - straight up REFUSED to provide the audio transcripts of the phone conversation with his agent proving that he credited the bill. They are hiding the evidence of my claim since listening to it themselves. Timothy refused any responsibility after agreeing with me that it was wrong and had the NERVE to say that I needed to pay for the services I "enjoyed"... I didn't enjoy a single day Timothy, in fact it was all h*ll. Now this Christian kid still has a job while I take a hit to my perfect credit. Xfinity has since been a MILLION times better and more receptive. You've been warned people. Avoid taking a hit to your credit and the financial and mental angst that comes with At&t. Not a military friendly company WHATSOEVER.

I agree. It is criminal. I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the FCC. There needs to be more accountability. They won't be getting a dime from me.

The 1st criteria to work for at&t is dishonesty. I have a very bad
experience with this company. Since I don't want my credit to be messed up
I paid the charges and I'm still paying. My nightmare is not over yet since
I have few months to go. [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

Yes they gave all their employees and $1,000 dollar bonus for Christmas but can't help there customers out at all if we didn't do business with them they wouldn't have jobs or a company that why they are trying to merge with Time Warner Cable we all should stop buying their products and go get service with other wireless network cause I feel AT&T.COM IS GETTING TO BIG FOR IT'S CUSTOMERS and feel free to treat us any kind of way THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICES SINK and they got their employees acting the same way
