80year old plus Aunt and Uncle left waiting standing in front yard for 2 days so far
My Uncle had a service call at 9 am monday to switch from analog phone direct tv and 1 mb to a package deal of u300 digital phone and 45mb internet. The tech arrived at 918 turned off the analog phone then said the house needed to be rewired and someone would be by around noon to do that then he would be back after that. 3pm comes around and no one shows up I call att and they say it was rescheduled for 9-11 Tuesday I advised them they have no landline at 11pm Tuesday when no one shows up and they say ok for sure 1-3 they don't show up for that one either. Now they say they cant get a hold of the original tech who was suppose to place the wire order so there is nothing they can do at this point.
HOW CAN THAT BE!!!! #ATTELDERABUSE They are beyond stressed out not having a landline for 2 full days now going on 3
