A prerecorded program plays up to 20 minutes and no more on a 1 hour program.
The DVR shows 1 hour and 3 minutes of a completed recording. When playing the program it stops prior to the 20 minute mark. When fast forwarding the time indicator doesn't move beyond the time when the playback stopped. This is a Cisco DVR and a Cisco wireless receiver.

I know I would be disappointed to only have 20 minutes worth of my recorded shows. Let’s look into a fix.
I’d like to direct you to our support article with steps on how to restore your DVR with a Non-destructive recorded recovery.
For further reference, I’m also going to include our DVR Support Troubleshoot & Resolve tool which you can use for a number of potential issues, should the need ever arise.
