Hello all, 

Received my new DVR yesterday, trying to set it up today. Keeps telling us no signal. We have tried linking it with the modem, everything we can think of. Any tips or tricks? I'm getting a bit sick and tired of all the issues lately.

Does the device power on and do the indicator lights come on?

When you say you see "no signal" is that the entire message (indicating that the TV doesn't see the DVR's output signal on an input" or the full screen message that says that the DVR isn't connecting to the AT&T network?

Have you checked that your TV input selection matches the input your cable from the DVR is hooked to?

no signal usually means your not on the correct tv input

When you say linking it with the modem, do you mean plugging it in via an ethernet cord?  

Did you previously have a dvr connected to the same tv?

Did you wait till after the activation date/time on the instructions provided?
