Att equipment returns

I sent everything back on 4/27 but still getting emails about returning it. I'm getting headaches over this matter, seriously. I'm afraid I don't know how to get any more help. I call and get transferred multiple times. I feel sick to my stomach about this topic. Can I get a number to call and confirm or get someone to contact me?

Did you keep your UPS receipt for proof of return?  If there's a tracking number you should be able to see if UPS delivered the stuff back to ATT.  Otherwise I suppose all you can do is call ATT (not sure which department though) and argue it out with them that you have some proof of returning it to UPS.
