AT&T has NO Link for people who do not have AT&T

Your site does not have a link for people you have violated, those of us that do not have AT&T yet your crews came into our yards and cut down next door neighbors trees so the AT&T crew could hang one of their wires, and then the AT&T crew left heir mess., tree branches in my yard and in the ditch where the county has to mow. I have made several calls to AT&T service and repair and have gotten tickets for this issue. AT&T sent someone out to my home twice and both men said they would have someone clean up the mess they made. The mess is still there. My first call ,talked to Annette, and ticket was on July 15, 2022, Ticket# NS0ZBX81. A man came out and said he would have someone clean it up. No one came. My next call, talked to, Rosemary, July 21,2022, Ticket # NS0ZCG91, Jerry called and came out to my home and said he would have the crew clean it up. No one came. My third call was to Janeen, on August 3, 2022. She said she was emailing the manager, Mr. Kieffer. She said I didn't need another ticket and that my first ticket was good enough. However, every ticket was closed out, resolved. I said it was never resolved. The mess is still in our backyard and today is August 19,2022. Our parents taught us to clean up our own messes. I am now writing BBB.
