Bad service

Requested  U Verse service and it's been three weeks and counting and still no service .Thinking of going to a reliable and more professional company....

Week after week a technician with no experience is sent to the house to do nothing..Yes we had U Verse before and was happy, but with this bad service and many bad excuses, May need to go elsewhere ...If problem is not corrected soon, BYE BYE U Verse .......Sincerely Mr. Jackson
