Being mistreated
I called Technical support at9.07 am this morning. The lady was rude,unfriendly, negative, mean,disrespectful, seemed to have no knowledge in anything. She screamed at me and did not give me any useful information.Repeated 3 times that she would send a technician, because they don't want to be bothered by me calling again, eventhough I called only this one time. .I was in a bomb explosion during the war and am paralyzed, but she sure depressed me and made me feel that maybe I should cancel AT&T and join Dish or Spectrum (Time Warner) !.I don't know if she does this on her own or is she instructed to be abusive by the company, so we won't bother you at all? I thought AT&T was good to their customers or what is going on. I pay my bill ahead of time and am always very friendly. Could you please help me and explain to me why I am being mistreated to such extent?!
