blue screen
We have a base DVR and a remote one that connects to a wireless access point. The remote DVR is no longer pairing and just shows a blue screen on the TV. The TV can display input from other devices, like the DVD, but not from the remote DVR. The access point indicates that it is trying unsuccessfully to pair with the remote DVR. Any advice?

Unplug your ATT Modem/Gateway, remote DVR, wireless access point from power outlets. Plug in the modem, make sure the cable connecting it to wireless access point isnt loose wait 5 minutes connect wireless access point. Then separate then at least 2 feet from each other even though the cable might be fairly short. Wait 5 minutes and plug your remote dvr in power outlet. Wait for it to load up and brace yourself to try multiple times till the pairing will be successful. You will still might need to call 800 288 2020 and they are almost certain to replace your remote dvr.
