Broadband 2 Red Light

The Broadband 2 light is blinking red continuously. We lost service last night for about 10 minutes. It's has blinking continuously since then. The remotes won't work to change the tv. When I press any button on the remote, the closed captioning options come up immediately, every time.

Reboot your gateway or modem by unplugging its power cord for 10 seconds. If the red light comes back, call 800-288-2020 to speak with Tech Support to get more assistance.
