Call tech support (800-288-2020). Have them check the line remotely and then go from there.

First, Check if you have internet connection. Because if you have IPTV. It gets signals through internet. If there is no internet or if the broadband light or service light are not on or flashing red it means that all of your services are down, If both green, then check if the Link light is on at your tv reciever. If not, it means that it's not in sync within the modem or wireless access point (if it is a wireless receiver). If the link light is off, first try to reboot the receiver by pressing and holding the power button of the wireless reciever for about 5 seconds until the power light blinks, Wait for about roughly 3 minutes until the box finishes doing it. If the message is the same, Try to reboot the modem by unplugging its power cable for about 10 seconds, after that plug it back in and wait about 3-4 minutes for the modem to finish. Try to reboot the reciever again as soon as the service light is on at the modem by pressing the power button and it check for results. If still not working please call in for some help. Also please call in if after you reboot the modem, the broadband light or service light is off or red, it might be an outside problem. I work for uverse tech support and hope this helps.
Ps. dont forget to try the MyATT app. It's really useful tho. Have a good day!
