Buying ISB7005 wireless receiver from ebay?

Hi

I am curious to find out if I buy the ISB7005 Uverse wireless receiver from ebay, will it work with my existing uverse connection.   

Also do I need to call ATT to set it up or  is it simply configuring the Uverse wifi with the recevier?
