I experienced exceptional service from a call center worker and want to directly let their boss know it.

It's great that you want to take time to acknowledge good service. Were you sent a survey by email, or offered the opportunity to complete one on the phone at the end of your call? This is the best way to recognize good service, as the reps are rated by these survey results. There's no way I know of to reach out to a particular supervisor.
