Yes, you can keep AT&T U-verse TV while simultaneously getting your Internet from another ISP. HOWEVER, you need to keep in mind that your U-verse will continue to use the AT&T network circuit and Gateway (and WAP if you have Wireless Receivers) to provide you U-verse TV service; the U-verse TV service will notconnect over your new ISP's connection.
This means that you must tell your new ISP to leave any/all wiring used by the AT&T Gateway/Network connection alone and to install their service in parallel with it.
Also keep in mind that if you ever do terminate your U-verse TV service, you cannot resume it; AT&T isn't accepting new orders for it.
