Can't get Uverse back?

Trying to see if any techs/experts out there can tell me why I can't get uverse back. I had uverse from 2010 to 2016 with no problems. Family wanted faster internet so we switched everything to TWC. Have had TWC for about 10months. Love our fast internet and phone service but most of the family wants the uverse TV service back. I called to order uverse and they said it's not avail at my house. I checked online and same deal, it only offers me Direct TV. I input the address of my neighbors and uverse TV shows up as an option to install. Don't get what happened and why I can't get the service back again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @dxdave,

We apologize about the issues. In certain areas, the supply does not reach the demand. There are only so many cable pairs that can provide service, and they may be all used in your area. There are other issues on why it may not be available, but that one is the most common.

That's kinda what I thought at first but what I forgot to say is they still offer me uverse internet. Just no TV service. Plus my neighbor is available to sign up for the whole service if he wanted to. But as you said could be other issues of why it's not avail to me at the moment. But thanks for the reply. Hopefully things will change in near future to get it back.
