Can't return uverse/dsl equipment-now what?

I moved from Chicago to phoenix 8/11/17 and had cancelled my internet effective 8/9/17.  I have called ATT to return the equipment and they said just go to UPS and drop it off.  I tried on 8/12 and they don't accept uverse in Phoenix nor do they have a return account to bill ATT, said to call customer service. So I called them on 8/12, 8/16 and 8/26.  They were to send me return boxes but they never did, nor did they issue me a preprinted label and wouldn't give me the address to return it to even though I was paying for it myself.  They did give me a return auth #***.  It's  now 9/5/17 and tried calling them today but they were had closed by the time I got through their million auto questions..  Called a local "Authorized ATT store" but the manager was in a meeting and she'd call me back, also call UPS and they said to call ATT.  What a freaking run around.  No one is doing their job at ATT, I can't believe that they would not email me a return label.  Now what, ATT?????
