Can't see or access any thing with my recordings

I have diverse. When I try to see the listing of my recordings it states "make sure rhis tv receiver and dvr receiver are connected to the network. I've rebooted this she and have rebooted my gateway. Any suggestions?

Is the receiver you rebooted (by pulling plug for 15 secs.) the dvr?  Rebooting one of the wireless receivers has no effect.

Did you try to reboot the dvr after rebooting the gateway (again pulling plug for 15 secs. and letting it fully reboot)?
