CBS Network Not Available in Channel Guide for Remote DVR Recording in Florida

Anyone know what the problem is when a channel drops from the guide when viewing the guide from the internet? In this case it is channel 47/1047 (CBS/CBS-HD) for northeast Florida (Jacksonville area). If I'm not logged in, then my zip code shows the correct channel guide with the CBS network (channel 47 and 1047). However as soon as I log in to set up remote DVR recording, the two CBS channels are no longer available in the guide. Two calls to AT&T support so far have not solved the problem, although the support people acknowledge it is broke. Anyone have any ideas? It is not a favorites issue as I don't use favorites and have checked to make sure none are set.

@JS1951 Might try a hard reboot by unplug/plug in power after 30 seconds of the RG.  This is your connection to Uverse online and may make a difference, let us know if it worked.

 

Customer Care has the networking people working on the online TV Listings ending 4 days before they should.

It didn't work.  The problem is the same no matter what gateway I use to the internet, including the cellular network when using the mobile u-verse app on my iphone.

Three calls to the support line and still no resolution to the loss of the CBS network.  I also noticed that when going to the main AT&T website and viewing the "AT&T U-verse Channel Lineup" which shows all channels for all of the various packages (u450, U300, etc.) for zip code 32034, that the CBS network channels are missing from there also.
