Channel Covers Associations Building
I am not sure when they were initially installed but I have been trying for two months to talk with someone at AT&T regarding the wire channel covers which were installed on the backside of our codo associations building.
I need to find out who did the installation of these channel covers & AT&T makes it difficult for their customers to actually speak with a live person. When I call I get a bunch of different prompts, sit on hold for 45 minutes to 1 hour before I hang up as my time is valuable too. AT&T doesn't give a rip about their customer base & concerns/issues they may be experiencing.
