Cisco STB lights flashing and won't reboot.

I unplugged for 20-30 seconds for a reboot and now the lights on the front of the box blink. The power light won't come on and the box won't connect.

What was the reason for wanting to reboot? It sounds the STB has failed at this point. You;ll have to contact 800.288.2020 and have support run a diagnostic. A new box can be sent to you for self-install. Be prepared for long waits when calling in.

We can help you understand your gateway status lights. Since your power lights is off the gateway or power supply may be malfunctioning. Use the Smart Home Manager to run a diagnostic test on your home network. This will allow you to know exactly what to do and if you need a replacement modem.
