Re: Unresponsive or slow Motorola receiver
For a fix to the slow remote responce or slowness in general see this thread.
I am logged in to my account, using Chromes latest and greatest browser, this is the third time today I have encountered this error. Why?

So you click the link you provided and you get that insufficient privileges dialog? Is that what's happening? And this is happening only randomly or is it consistent with specific links like that one?
For comparison purposes do you get the same behavior if you use a different browser?

I get the same response to the same links in MS EDGE browser.

I Also get the same response in Firefox, so if 3 browsers all behave the same, it must be the forums issue, not mine.
Might I suggest you cut and paste the link into one of your browsers while being logged into the uverse forum.
For comparisons sake.

I just want to point out that if for some weird reason the browser uses the text version of the link (the one you see), for example,
https://forums.att.com/t5/U-verse-TV-DVR-Receivers/Unresponsive-or-slow-Motorola-receiver/m-p/342416
as opposed to the actual link specified by the html, i.e.,
https://forums.att.com/t5/U-verse-TV-DVR-Receivers/Unresponsive-or-slow-Motorola-receiver/m-p/3424163/highlight/true#M1474
then you will get that Access Denied error. As I said I'm only pointing this out. I am not saying that's the case here.
Note, in my second link there "3/highlight/true#M1474" on the end of what's shown in the first link. But I cannot get the forum software to show the full link. It always truncates with the three dots even though the link is valid.
