I was going to ask "what clock, where?" But I assumed the OP might have been referring to the time displayed on the various menus (guide, favorite, etc.). I can't imagine how that time display could be wrong if the dvr is working. At any rate the earlier suggestion about rebooting the dvr and/or gateway couldn't hurt.
make sure that the link light in your box is solid green. after that, there is a black cord at the back of it. Unplug it for 10 seconds and then after that plug it back in. 95% of the time it works. Tell me when its not then we will go ahead and proceed to the next step.
