community managers and getting the VIP2500
We have been having problems with the wireless box we have. Signal keeps getting lost. The tech told me to call and ask for a drop ship the VIP2500 because he had only had had 1 VIP2500 when he had to track it down for somebody. So the next time the problem happened I called and they said they cant guarantee that the order they place will be shipped out with the VIP2500. Can one of the community managers see if they can place an order for the VIP2500 and guarantee that we get that model?
