Connection errors on tvs

Does anyone else have issues with their services going to crap every single night at 11pm? Every single night i lose internet to my recievers (Wi-Fi is still on, connected to my other devices and all lights are on) Green wifi light goes off, tv freezes, gives me a no records, please make sure your connected to the internet error, finally comes back on then does the error stuff again and cycles through about 3-4 times then pops up with a restart countdown and i do that cycle about 2 times then all is right

This is about a 15-20 minute process which is absolutely ridiculous!

There are three threads I found on the similar problem.  Rather than recycle the same questions and suggestions I suggest you read over these to see if they give you any ideas.

TV connection lost at same time each night
Lost signal every night at the same time
UVerse TV continues to lose signal at the exact time everyday

I did read all of those and i am still left with no answers as to why this
happens. Obviously this is a problem since multiple people are experiencing
this issue. I really wish AT&T figures out this issue and fixes it

To me obviously this is not a very common problem since there are very few threads on it.  Note that none of these threads have a solution.  And some have had tech support out not finding anything either.  You may not want to hear this but in my opinion given the fact that this problem occurs in a predictable very limited time span each day I am 90% convinced this is due to something in your location affecting the equipment.  In other words outside of att's control.

I'm not saying its necessarily something in your home.  I'm saying it could be in something your area all the way back to the central office.  This is why a problem like this is so hard to pin down.  And since you can't get a tech out there in the middle of the night when this happens it may not ever get pinned down.

As I said, this is just my opinion.

Do you have any neighbors you can talk to that have uverse?  Maybe it's time to compare notes and see if they are having a similar problem.

Yes i agree with you and it is just very frustrating that i spend a lot of
money each month to have this many problems. I have spoke with a few
neighbors who still have AT&T and they have not experience this exact
problem (timing, cycles and lasting 15-30 minutes). They do however have
many issues throughout the day with connection errors only lasting approx.
a few minutes at a time. When i finally get the time to relax and
decompress from the day is usually around 1030-11pm.......and i am spending
that time trying to get my service to work properly. I appreciate your
insight.
