Damaged outside equipment

Looks like someone ran over our equipment outside. I have no TV or Internet. Went online and earliest appointment  is 1 week out. How can I get a technician sooner?

if you call for an appointment you get when a tech is available, if there's damage to at&t equipment you should report it as such and they will get out there sooner. when you call say downed lines at the voice prompt and you will get the repair dept

Thanks!! I called back and they still say that is the earliest but I'm on the list in case someone cancels. Really frustrating...
