Defective DVR

The DVR does not cleanly record programs, there are playback interruptions constantly, missing many parts of the recording on every program recorded. We have two TVs, both experiencing the same problem. This is very frustrating. We have performed both "reset" and "refresh" numerous times, and neither has corrected the problem. Please send us replacement DVR equipment and installation instructions, along with how to return the defective equipment to you. Thank you for your immediate attention! I have a question:  Does this happen when viewing programs live (not recorded, not paused and resumed) on both TVs, or only on recorded programs (or those that you've paused and resumed, which is essentially the same thing as recorded)?

The reason I'm asking is to determine if you have an actual DVR problem or a network problem that affects both your DVR and your other receiver directly.

this is a customer populated forum not at&t support, you must call for a replacement you also just gave your names and  account number out for the entire world to see
