Disaster recovery ineffective

Received the "red x" of death. Disaster recovery and other attempts to reboot have been unsuccessful. Seems as though I need a new box. How do I accomplish this?

I called customer service and they checked from their end and confirmed my STB was the problem and 3 days later a new STB arrived at my doorstep with instructions on sending the old one back.
