Dog ate remote

Can't locate anywhere how to replace my silver remote...it was really old and the dog mutilated it. I know we can use our phones...but we like the remote in house for guests. Help please. How do we get a new one?

Just call 1-800-288-2020 for a replacement remote, just tell them it's not working right. 😉

When you call the phone number that Chris gave you, ask for technical support to get a new remote. I was able to get one at no cost.

I called customer service first, and they told me that they would have to charge me for a new one. They transferred me to technical support where they said I could get a new one for free.

Your new remote might be black, but it operates the same. They have a couple different black models tho...so some of the buttons might be in different places, but whatever.

As far as getting a free one, yeah. It'll probably take 2-3 days via UPS, but if they want to charge you, politely tell them otherwise.

I believe they still may have a couple "for-charge" remotes. I'd be a fan of the one that plugs in, similar to a cellphone, but I'm not paying for it. I think one of them even has a "beep" mode...and I see those other remotes apparently are no longer an option.

The newer black ones that I received seemed to be almost the same as my old silver ones.  My silver ones date back to January, 2008. The new black ones came in two days.
