DVR does not project picture even though it appears to be "working".
I replaced a home entertainment receiver and reconnected my IPH8010 ATT receiver (DVR). The DVR shows it is connected to the system but does not project a picture to the connected TV. The green power light flashes off & on, the green 'link' light is on and the blue HD light is illuminated. However, the lights are not consistent. A TV in an adjacent room using another cable box works. However, I am unable to pause any shows. I have rebooted the DVR and the Gateway (causing loss of recordings) to no avail.
I am at a loss for what to do next.
Thanks in advance.

So you see a blinking power light and a link light (which I think sort of makes sense if the power is not constantly on)? Recheck the dvr's power adapter to make sure it's fully inserted into the dvr and in if the power adapter is plugged into a surge suppressor/power strip try plugging it into the wall instead.
If this continue I think you need to replace that dvr (call tech support, 800-288-2020). You will of course lose all your recordings since they are on that dvr. But you don't lose your scheduling.

Thanks for the reply. However, all of the power supply cords are firmly connected. Due to previous reboots, all previous recordings have already been lost.
Found the problem: the Harmony device used to turn on the TV, home entertainment receiver and DVR was not reprogrammed to include the new receiver. Once reprogramming was completed, everything works as before.
Thanks again for your help.
