DVR erased 2 movies that I Save until I delete
I received a replacement DVR 2 months ago and now it is erasing programs that I have saved & marked Save until I delete. I received this DVR because my previous DVR was erasing all my shows even the saved ones.
Help is there anything I can do?

Hi @Dakota62,
Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with the DVR. By chance, is it plugged into a surge protector or power strip?

Blaming power issues for bad hardware and software is such a cop out. I ended up rewiring entire electrical circuits in my house, before AT&T would admit their equipment was bad once.
