DVR Install/setup
My VIP2250 failed and I was sent and received a VIP2262 V2. After completing the self-install and I got a message: "Account unavailable This Set Top Box does not match the account settings." No help from the online services because this is not a normal problem. Had appointment with tech today but he did not show up. I think the 2262 needs to be programmed but don't know if this can be done by AT&T remotely. Communications with service has been very difficult. My U-Verse has been down for 6 weeks. Technician didn't show up today. Need Forum help get the 2262 issue resolved. Thank you in advance!
