Dvr not working

I lost power and after that my dvr feature does not work on any of my tvs. I try to rewind and it say my dvr is not plugged in

I'm guessing a power surge mighty have toasted your dvr.  Call CS to see if they can test it remotely and probably issue you a replacement.
