DVR Red X Grey 8
For months my DVR has stopped functioning at times and showed the Red X Grey 8 message. I searched online and found solutions to reboot the DVR. I did that for several occasions, and the DVR began working again. I also made use of the Disaster Recovery feature.
Tonight, the message will NOT go away. I firmly believe that a new DVR is needed AND credit for the down time that I will not be able to access U-verse on my tv.
I've already sent a message to ATTU-verseCare with my name, account number, and phone numbers. I look forward to an answer sooner than later.
