Equipment Turn In
I am currently have Internet 1000 and until recently had U-verse TV. I cancelled the U-verse TV service and turned in my equipment via UPS as instructed by the AT&T representative. I received an email today telling me that two of the items had been received and another email telling me to turn in the other three items via FedEx. All were turned in at the same time and I have a receipt showing it, should I expect to receive another email with the other items? Thanks

I have a receipt from UPS that has a Return Reference Number and then lists all of the items by model and serial number that were turned in. The tracking number was blank. Two of the items were receivers and they both show received by AT&T via email from AT&T. I have not received an email from AT&T showing the DVR and a router were received. This just happened late last week...they may have them separated with two in each box and just haven't acknowledged the other two. If they don't ever acknowledge being received, can I send them a copy of the receipts to get it cleared? Thanks
