Likely what has happened is the CSR clicked on the serial number of the receiver that has now gone dead as the one to be replaced, instead of the one that needed to be replaced. You'll have to call back and have them reauthorize the serial that they took off your account by mistake. If you still haven't returned the one that was supposed to be replaced, you might want to be sure they take that one off your account.
