exposed wire
AT&T put a box at the very front of my yard with a wire than runs back into my neighbors house around the January/February 2017 timeframe. Neither I nor neighbor knows what it is for.
In 2017 I place 3 or 4 calls for service to have the wire buried.
In 2018 I have place another call in early July.
I have 3 service tickets over this course of time NC0NJW34 NC0NR852 and NC0QBK66.
Someone has always I believe promptly come out and chalked in preparation for someone to then followup and bury the line.
NO-ONE ever has.
Both I and neighbor are always having to take extra precaution when mowing as to not run over the line. My patience is at and end.
Everytime I call (tired of doing that anymore), the customer care person is always kind, considerate, and expresses empathy and apologizes over the situation, then promises it will be taken care of. That's great but nothing ever happens.
Please let me know when this will be taken care of with an answer of anything but "soon"!
