I am Carolyn D , I have service with ATT and I had a great problem with my billing and other issues.

I was sold one price and the biling came out totally different I was very upset when I called and I got the

run around most of the day.  I called back and got Allison ID#   and she was wonderful.  She not only

took care of the problem but she let me vent without getting an attitude also.  She looked all the information

over and straightened  everything out very professionally.  She is a jewel for ATT.

O just talked to a manager in yr customer service Ashley id # ############## stood on the phone for 30 min and she lefted me with a whatever basicly and didn't resolve or even tried to resolve my problem been with att for about 10 yrs and this is how they repay me !!! FURIOUS
