Frozen screen , dvr not working, no channels

Hello. I have several issues. My dvr isn't working on either box, one TV has had a frozen screen for 2 days, and another TV can only get 1 channel. I've done the troubleshooting and no changes. Please help. Thanks

@janeeprice - Your several problems seem to boil down to loss of broadband signal. Does internet & phone work(u-verse voice?)

Do a pull the plug reboot of the RG. If that does not work call in - 800-288-2020

@janeeprice - I see that my post was marked as AS. Was it the reboot or the call that solved it?

 

When the Internet works & not all TVs, the only thing that is common to all TVs, but not internet,  is COAX . DO you have COAX feed for the TVs. Rebooting may have gotten the HPNA (that makes the COAX work) going again.
