Great Customer Service

I was helped by Brian from the Tulsa Team, and he was amazing. He’s a real problem solver and very patient. He makes the customer feel as if he isn’t trying to rush them off the phone. He was very assertive to the problem and finding the solution. This is the type of employee that is management material. Keep up the great work Brian.
