Great service from Mark M

Just got our Uverse service with internet and TV installed. Mark M  did an awesome job and was very professional. He came here with a very positive attitude and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I was a little hesitant about getting Uverse because I did not think that I had the setup for this service but Mark explain how it was not going to be a problem at all. He was very good about explaining everything to us including how to work the programming that we had, how to work the wifi system and everything, he explained to a tee, he knew exactly how to do the job and do it the right way. I wish all customer service representatives were as professional and as knowledgeable as he was.  [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
