Guide shows "No info" only on wireless receiver

Recently, I had a pixelation and recording issue which a technician fixed at my subdivision's board.  I hadn't noticed until I recently tried to record a show using my wireless receiver that its Guide only shows "No info".  As a result, I can't select any series or shows using my wireless receiver.  I've read a solution that said to reboot the gateway, but I don't have any idea of the problem that person had was with a wireless receiver.  Any other suggestions before I reboot the gateway?

 

Update:  Don't know what is different, except moving the Wifi closer to the gateway, but the problem no longer exists on the wireless receiver.

Reboot your dvr (yes, your dvr, pull plug for about 15 secs.).  If that doesn't clear the problem reboot your gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot).  Then reboot the dvr again.  Finally reboot the wireless receiver.

Didn't see this when I clicked reply but ok, glad it's working now.  But keep in mind the reboot sequence I described if you have no info showing in the grids in the future.
