have tried everything...need replacement dvr box ISB7500
Uverse malfunctions many times daily - picture either freezes or goes black and then the dvr restarts. Unwatchable.
Have checked all cabling and all signals. Have done non-disaster and disaster recovery.
We need a replacement dvr box. This is for my dad - he's elderly and needs help. Would like to handle this via forum if we can.
