Have unplug and plug back in wireless receiver and WAP everyday...

Every day my uverse goes out on my wireless receiver. Restarting the receiver alone does not fix. Unplugging and plugging back in does not fix. I have to unplug the wireless access point and unplug the receiver both, then plug them both back in. I have a full green set of bars as a signal to my wireless receiver. My regular main receiver and internet all work fine.  Any ideas. Very annoying. Thinking about cancelling the service.
