Honey Bee problem on box in backyard
I sent a message about honey bees making a home on At&T’s box in my backyard. I had service with them for years and closed my account due to the horrible service I received over and over.
I reached out to let them know about the honey bees on their box that are dangerous to my children who play in my yard and preventing lawn maintenance.
I received a call and was told a technician would be dispatched only for receive a message later saying they will not sent anyone since my account is no longer active. I don’t understand what that has to do with them removing bees from their box. Please help.

You might want to contact a local bee keeper. I'm not sure about the logistics of relocating a bee hive but I do know that honey bees are endangered so killing them should NOT be an option.

After the installation date the box is on your house. The box and cables within it (your house wiring) is yours. For example if the nest was on your front door you would not call home depot or your builder. Take care of your house and the issue. If a tech was dispatched there would be a dispatch fee even if customer service tells your otherwise. Endangering the life of a technician, that has not been trained on bee removal, is not what they signed up for.
