Horrible, even before install

 How is it that me ordering a new package deal could be messed up before you even come out to install. No one showed up to complete my install today, did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know, and when I called to find out I am told that dispatch never even got the order for today’s date, after I have received multiple emails from AT&T confirming. Ridiculous service, and you receive the cancellation before I even had you as a provider.
