Netflix is a separate app that must be accessed through a Smart TV, Roku, computer/tablet or gaming system.  While you must have internet access in order to stream Netflix, it has nothing to do with Uverse TV.

How were you watching Netflix before?

Hi
I do have a smart tv and just switched over to At&T. I had xfinity/Comcast before and on the remote was a button for apps and I just added what I wanted. Very straightforward and easy to access.

I switched services on Friday and the new remote has no such thing. Can’t figure it out.

Help! Lol.

Thanks

You'll need to use your TVs remote to access your apps.

Did you change your internet provider to Uverse?  If so, you'll need to change your network information on your smart TV.  If not, your apps are still there.  You just can't access them with the Uverse remote.

Looking for the same thing. Just switched from xfinity. Xfinity had the option to use same remote to access Netflix through apps section. I had Uverse years ago and it hasn’t changed, hasn’t progressed to this yet. Have to use smart tv remote to access Netflix. Sorry.
